Dr . Adam Drummond-Konopasek is an award-winning educational leader, author, and national keynote speaker committed to ensuring each student is seen, supported, and positioned to thrive. A former principal recognized as Indiana Northeast Principal of the Year, Adam has led schools and districts through meaningful, student-centered change grounded in both research and real-world practice. He currently serves as a Senior Director, author, and keynoter with Center for Model Schools, partnering with educators nationwide to strengthen leadership, culture, and instructional impact—especially for students who have been historically marginalized or overlooked.
Danny Drummond-Konopasek is a veteran educator, leadership and instructional coach, and national speaker dedicated to building schools where students feel safe, valued, and empowered to learn. His experience includes middle and high school teaching in both private and public schools, as well as coordinating within the student services division of Wisconsin’s fifth-largest school district. Through his coaching work, Danny brings deep expertise in social-emotional learning, trauma-informed practices, and systems that translate compassion into consistent, school-wide action that improves outcomes for all learners.
Together, Adam and Danny are co-owners of DK Education Collaborative, partnering with schools and districts to identify student groups too often left behind and align leadership and instructional actions that redirect school trajectories, improve student outcomes ,and restore hope for each student and educator.
