Dr. Tyler Cook is the Principal of Klein Elementary School in the Harbor Creek School District located in Erie, Pennsylvania. In addition to his work in educational leadership, Tyler serves as the Executive Director of Lake Erie Church. He holds his Doctorate in Leadership and Administration from Point Park University, where he focused his dissertation research on Authentic Leadership development. Tyler is passionate about developing high-impact leaders who will grow their organizations, staff, or students into their fullest potential. From fostering healthy cultures to empowering others to lead, Tyler believes that there is greatness inside of every person, and it is the privilege of leaders to unlock it. Todd Nesloney is the Director of Culture and Strategic Leadership for the Texas Elementary Principals and Supervisors Association (TEPSA). In addition to his work at TEPSA he is also the Director of Lead On (under the Get Your Teach On umbrella). He has also served as an award-winning principal of a PreK-5th Grade campus of over 775 students in a rural town in Texas. He has been recognized by the White House, John C Maxwell, the Center for Digital Education, National School Board Association, the BAMMYS, and more for his work in education and with children. Todd has written five books, including Kids Deserve It, Stories From Webb, Sparks in the Dark, When Kids Lead and In This Season: Words for the Heart. He also released his first children’s book Spruce and Lucy. He is passionate about doing whatever it takes for our students and helping others tell their story.
