CONNECT WITH ZAC

Zac Bauermaster is an educational leader who is passionate about people. He currently serves as principal of Providence Elementary School, where he has the tremendous opportunity to lead teachers, support staff, families, and—most importantly— the next generation each day. His greatest joy in education is watching adults leverage their God-given talents to inspire kids to discover and use their own gifts. He is committed to creating an encouraging school environment where adults want to work, kids are excited to learn, and families trust and are proud to send their children.

In addition to his role as principal, Zac is a speaker and author. His first book, Leading with a Humble Heart: A 40-Day Devotional for Leaders, was released in July 2022. His second book, Leading with People: A Six Pillar Framework for Fruitful Leadership, followed in October 2023. Most recently, in 2024, Zac co-authored a children’s book with his daughter Olivia titled Lemon-Aid: Spreading Kindness One Cup at a Time. Zac is a husband to his best friend, Carly, and the proud father of three young children: Olivia, Eliot, and Isaac. He is a firm believer in leading his family first and is passionate about growing and encouraging leaders both in their workplaces and in their homes. Most importantly, Zac loves Jesus, the Light of the world, and seeks to reflect and share that light with others in all he does.

What an excellent book! If you want to make a positive impact in the world around you, and if you are eager for God to equip you and use you to enhance the lives of others, this book will show you the way. Leading with PEOPLE provides a beautiful framework for biblical leadership.
